Starting this year, some fair entry forms can be completed online! If you submit an entry form online, there is no need to submit a paper copy of the same form. Go ahead and fill out all of the required fields with the information for your submission and submit the information using the secure form. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us letting you know we’ve received your entries. The links below will take you to the entry forms that are available this year for submission online. Remember… not all entry forms can be completed online this year, but we hope to introduce more next year!
Forms will still be accepted in-person and via US mail. If you are more comfortable scanning and emailing your entries, you can do so by emailing your entries to the email address in this year’s Premium Book.
